RETURNS, REFUNDS, DAMAGE:  We handle returns as set for below with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.  We stand behind our OjO Scooters and accessories and want all our customers to be satisfied with every purchase.  We pride ourselves in taking care of customers.


If you wish to return your OjO Scooter or any OjO accessories sold by OjO Electric for a refund, you must notify OjO Electric within 10 days of receipt of your OjO Scooter or OjO accessories in writing to info@ojoelectric.com advising of your request, providing your contact and proof of purchase information (including order number, telephone number, and mailing address), and the reason(s) for your request to return.  OjO Electric will respond via email with instructions accordingly.  Please be advised that there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the non-discounted, retail price of the OjO Scooter or OjO accessory that is being returned as of the date of its return, which will be deducted from your refund.  In addition, you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the OjO Scooter or OjO accessories in brand new condition in the same carton it was received in.  Unless you and OjO Electric agree otherwise, refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to make your purchase.  If you paid by check or other tender, refund will be made by check sent to your mailing address as provided with your return request.  OjO Electric reserves the right to refuse a return and refund if the OjO Scooter or OjO accessories appear damaged upon return.  We do not distinguish or limit returns of sale or “as is” merchandise. 


At the discretion of OjO Electric and on a case-by-base basis, we may either refund the full purchase price, or replace the product or the damaged part.  If you receive an order where the product is clearly damaged at the time of delivery, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX.  You have the right to refuse delivery with the driver.  The OjO Scooter should be opened and examined before the delivery service leaves to insure that damage has not occurred during transit.  Please note, small parts with damage can be replaced without shipping the entire product back.  Any visible damage to your OjO Scooter found must be reported to OJO Electric via email within 10 days of delivery (or your return option shall be deemed waived). Email info@ojoelectric.com if you find a defect with your OjO so that we can assess the problem and provide a Return Merchandize Authorization (“RMA”) number, a product return form and shipping instructions, if necessary, for you to return the OjO Scooter or part to us.  Please note that all returned merchandise must be accompanied by the provided RMA number and must be secured in the original packaging.  Any returned item without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.  All expenses resulting from a returned shipment without an RMA number will be the responsibility of the sender.
